How attendee pricing works
Our volume-based pricing model ensures that as your event scales, your cost per attendee decreases. Clear alignment between your growth and your platform investment.
Your registration pages, emails, badges and payment pages all run on your own domain, such as register.yourbrand.com.

An attendee clicks your link, registers, pays and downloads their badge without ever seeing another company's name.

Dreamcast-managed Razorpay and Stripe
Bring your own gateway
Flex uses Dreamcast's own Razorpay and Stripe accounts, so you can sell tickets the day you sign up. Enterprise connects your own merchant account instead.
Picture this
Set up on Monday morning, selling by lunch, with no gateway paperwork. On Enterprise, money settles straight into your account and your finance team reconciles it their way.
Registration and on-ground
Different ticket types and forms for each kind of attendee, optional approval before anyone is confirmed, and group bookings where names can come later.

A company buys 40 passes today and their HR team adds the names next week. Your VIP category waits for your approval, while everyone else is confirmed instantly.
Check in attendees and manage zone access using the app downloaded on your own phone.

A two-stage process for people who aren't ticket buyers: staff, media, vendors and crew. Delegated managers add people within a quota and attach documents, and you verify everyone before a credential is issued.

Registration and purchase events are sent to Meta, GA4 and GTM from our servers rather than from the attendee's browser, so ad-blockers and privacy settings can't drop them.

Ahead in technology & best in experience
We had a great experience with Dreamcast's team. They were very helpful and proactive. They are using the latest technologies, which made the overall experience for organizers and attendees excellent. We did a record badge printing in just one hour, and that gave a very good experience to the audience. It was a great experience with them, and we'd definitely look forward to working with Dreamcast again.

Smart, quick & seamless registration experience
We had an amazing experience with Dreamcast, from the people, to the product. As it is with events, there were many requirements and changes in the last moment, and team DC were always ready with a solution. We are also appreciative of their quick and clear communication, which made the process even more seamless and convenient. And a special shoutout to Rajat Mehrotra and Himanshu Srivastava.

An attendee is a confirmed registration. You're charged once per attendee, however many events or sessions they attend within that registration.
Is there a minimum?
Flex starts at 1,000 attendees a year. Beyond that, you pay as you register, with no subscription or monthly commitment.
Is there a platform fee?
No. On Flex you pay only per attendee. Events and team members are unlimited.
How does the tiered rate work?
Rates apply by band. Your first 10,000 attendees in a year are $0.18 each, the next 40,000 are $0.12 each, and the next 50,000 are $0.08 each. Moving into a cheaper band never raises the price of attendees already counted.
When does my attendee count reset?
Every 12 months from the day your plan starts.
How am I charged?
For paid events, attendee fees are deducted automatically from your payouts. For free events, fees are billed to your account periodically. If you register fewer than 1,000 attendees in a year, the difference up to the minimum is billed at year end.
Which currencies can I pay in?
Flex is priced in Indian rupees, UAE dirhams and US dollars. Choose the currency that matches where you're billed.
Can I use my own domain or payment gateway?
Both are part of Enterprise. On Flex, events run on a DC Reg. URL and take payments through Dreamcast-managed Razorpay and Stripe, which lets you go live without gateway onboarding.
Are ecosystem integrations included?
Some extensions are included at no extra cost. Integrations marked usage-based are billed separately at their own rates.
We register more than 100,000 attendees a year. What then?
Enterprise includes custom per-attendee rates at any volume. Book a demo and we'll price it with you.
